What was the highlight of The Hotel Britomart
Excellent service in the heart of Auckland with a great layout, design and exemplary service.
I would like to give special mention to Baaj, the concierge. He was very welcoming and gave us appropriate advice on what to see and where to go. We did not get the breakfast but ate a la carte at the restaurant Kingi located in the Hotel. The Vietnamese restaurant was also great and had excellent service, even better than we had expected based on our earlier experiences in New Zealand. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
The entrance is a little hard to find and parking is an issue. We used the valet so it was not much of an issue.

What was the highlight of The Hotel Britomart
Great spot to start our holiday in New Zealand.
Great central location with shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. Directly over the road is The Store which was great for brunch or coffee. The hotel bar and restaurant was buzzing and we enjoyed a drink there one evening. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.
